All Thermomix ® products and accessories are manufactured to meet the highest Vorwerk standards. In the unlikely event of a defect, please refer to your warranty documents. For the warranty period of your Thermomix ®, please refer to your purchase agreement.
Thermomix ® may only be repaired by an official Vorwerk customer service representative or an authorised Vorwerk repair centre.
Use only parts provided with the Thermomix ® or original spare parts provided by Vorwerk Thermomix ®. Never use the Thermomix ® in combination with parts or equipment not provided by Vorwerk Thermomix ®.
Failure to comply with any of the above may render your warranty void.
